How to Choose your Sofas & Chairs
There are 4 simple steps to choosing your dream furniture here at S Rouse & Company:
1. Style
Each of our exclusive models is distinctive in its design, and is available as a chair, 2 seater, 2½ seater or 3 seater as standard (and a 4 seater on request). The exact sizes of all our exclusive models can be found on its individual page.
However we realise that standard assumes that everyone wants the same size furniture, but our experience has shown this is simply not the case. As our furniture is all hand made in our own workshops we can offer a choice of higher or lower seat backs, and varying seat depths, widths and heights too. In fact your furniture can be any size that you want it to be as it is uniquely made for you.
2. Base Options
Each piece of furniture comes with a choice of 3 base options – skirted base, bun feet and leg base.
3. Comfort
As with the style and design of your furniture, you can also choose the size of the back and seat cushions, with several different cushion fillings available – including foam, feather and fibre. As your furniture is tailored to your very needs, you can have these in any combination you choose.
4. Fabric
Choosing the colour, pattern and texture of the fabric for your furniture is your most important choice, and we have literally thousands of leading names for you to choose from, including Zoffany, Sanderson, Romo, Kobe, Parkertex, GP & J Baker and many more. You can be assured that our professional advice and personal service will ease you through this sometimes daunting choice. Samples are available, and you can even choose in the comfort of your own home.
